Olive & Dough is a family-owned restaurant built on over 30 years of hands-on experience. We started our journey in Connecticut with Georgia's Restaurant & Pizza in Amston — and the recipes, traditions, and warmth we built there are alive and well right here in Lakewood Ranch.
Our roots go back further still — to Aigio, Greece, where we grew up surrounded by fresh ingredients, home cooking, and the belief that the best meals are simple, honest, and meant to be shared with the people you love.
